Order Processing.
Order processing times are 2-3 business days. Saturdays and Sundays are considered non-business days. Business days are counted from the day after payment is received. Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays are processed by the following Monday; excessive orders over the weekend may require an additional day for processing.
Order Fulfillment.
We generally ship within 48 business hours, once the packaging time has been met, for orders received by 12:00 PM. Orders received after this time will be processed the following day.
Shipping Days.
Shipments are made Tuesday through Friday, while our shipping agents deliver Monday through Friday.
Shipping Times.
Delivery times depend on the courier chosen during order confirmation. Please note that the departure and delivery days are not included in the calculation.
International Shipping
Delivery times within Europe are 9-15 business days, while outside Europe they are 15-29 business days.
